This is a new recipe that I’ve been testing out, and it’s been really delicious. I just can’t get enough of the way the onions and sweet red pepper blend together and the sweetness of the tomatoes just gives it a whole new dimension. The way the olive oil and herbs blend with the bread gives it a lovely mouthfeel and a whole new level of flavor.
