I can’t speak for the others, but I am with them on the same line. To keep things anchored in our lives, we need to learn a few things.
For one, we need to be able to set our own time-looping goals. There are a couple of tools to do this for us, but they’re mostly self-defeating.
The most important thing is to keep our goals and our selves from becoming so anchored that we lose focus. This is one of the biggest ways to lose your focus and get hooked on a “thing” you have no control over. When you get too attached to your goals, you can create a bad habit where you don’t know what to do with your time, your focus, or your life.
To help keep us on track we’ve got the Keep It Anchored System. It’s a system that we’ve put together that tells us if we are staying too far away from our goals and becoming obsessed with them. The system includes three goals: Keep the focus of what you’ve set in life, keep the focus of where you are, and keep the focus of where you want to be.
We thought it would be fun to give you a little taste of the system. It was a game of what you are doing with your life and how you are doing it. We also show a video of the system in action.
Keep it anchored is such a great way to become aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. This is especially true if you are involved in something that you consider to be “extreme”. I was involved in a project called “Karen’s Brain” where I used a software program to take a group of people and put them into a “brain” without their knowledge.
There is a lot of discussion about the potential dangers of this kind of extreme behavior. We all have our own thoughts and impulses that we think we were born with, but there is a danger in not being aware of them. This is especially true when extreme behavior seems to be acceptable. We feel a sense of control when a situation seems to be within our control, but when it’s not, we worry that we might be wrong.
We’re going to make it seem so easy, but if you’ve got control then you’re not going to get any of this, so keep it anchored. A lot of people have a feeling that they’re not going to get much farther than this.
If you read our interview with Arkane CEO John Gonzalez, then you’ve probably figured out that we’ve been talking to a lot of executives lately, because that’s what you do when you’re an interviewee: You talk to executives. We’re a team of reporters who also talk to executives.
The article you just read, “Keep it Anchored,” is an excerpt from an article by John Gonzalez himself. After hearing all the rumors about how Arkane is going to get away with murder, he was asked about our own thoughts on it.
