I am convinced that for every person who is truly self-aware, there is another who isn’t. I’m convinced that the reason why so many people are still not self-aware is because they are oblivious to the fact that they are being self-aware.
I mean look at this. These are the kinds of things I was talking about when I said that most of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. If you think about it, if we can’t control our thoughts, then we’re not self-aware.
If we believe that we are conscious beings, then we are not really self-aware. If we believe that our minds are really not controlable, then we are.
So the more we keep doing the same thing, the more we become self-aware. And the more we believe that we are conscious beings, then we are. It’s like a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Now that we have been self-aware, our actions and thoughts now make sense. So if we can keep doing the same thing, then we are self-aware. But how do we keep doing the same thing? And how does the self-awareness of the thing keep us doing the same thing? The first thing is to remember that we are not the author of our thoughts. The second is to stop trying to control our thoughts.
This is true in a way that we can’t control our thoughts. We can’t control what thoughts we think, and we can’t control how we think, but we can control our behavior. We can control our thoughts and, by doing so, we can control our behavior.
This is another one of those things that seems to be true. We can control our thoughts and, by doing so, we can control our behavior. We can control our thoughts and, by doing so, we can control our behavior. We can control our thoughts and, by doing so, we can control our behavior.
But, when we control our thoughts, we can control our behavior. When we control our thoughts, we can control our behavior. We can control our thoughts and, by doing so, we can control our behavior. We can control our thoughts and, by doing so, we can control our behavior.
The thing is, we usually have a pretty good idea of how our thoughts are going to affect our behavior. When we feel good, we can have fun. When we feel stressed, we can get our stress on. We can control our thoughts and, by doing so, we can control our behavior.
We can also, however, change our behavior. If we can be aware of what we’re thinking about, we can either change our thought about it (by changing our thoughts) or change our behavior (by changing our behavior).
