I am the founder of the Self-Awareness Podcast.

I’m Sean Suchter, and I’m here to talk about the state of our self-awareness. With that said, I do believe there is a lot of truth to the idea that we are, in fact, our own worst enemy. I believe that if we are not aware of our tendencies and behaviors, we can become the proverbial walking wounded. And if that’s not bad enough, it’s even worse to be unaware of the true source of our problems.

Yes, its bad enough that we are on autopilot. And no, I’m not referring to the fact that we’re in a time loop. I’m referring to the fact that the majority of our thought and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.

The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.

This is a common mistake that people make with the use of the digital medium. We all need to “put ourselves in the shoes” of those we’re writing about. We need to understand the things that make us tick and the things that make us angry. But we’re still pretty much on autopilot, so we need to know how to control ourselves. We need to know what we’re going to do next, so we can act accordingly.

It can be really hard to turn off the automatic “be on autopilot” thoughts that are in our head when we’re working on a project. But it can also be so easy to become a victim of them. For instance, think about how many times you’ve lost at a game. It’s a constant stream of thoughts running through your mind, like a fire in your brain. You can’t stop it, so you have to put a stop to it.

I’ve had this problem before. It’s called “autopilot”. It’s when you start driving a car and the road gets too fast or you keep going in circles. It’s like the autopilot in a video game. You think you are doing everything right, but then you suddenly realize you are not. Then suddenly you realize you are not doing everything right. Then you feel like you are a bad player at the game.

The problem with autopilot is that it gets pretty bad over time. It becomes a habitual response, where we will not be able to stop ourselves from doing something when we would rather just stop. In other words, it becomes a behavior. The more we do it, the more we are doing it, and we end up doing it for a long time. We don’t realize it until it is too late.

In the past we might have been able to stop ourselves from doing things if we were aware of it. In other words, we could have said, “Hey, I know I should be thinking about this, but I’m afraid I’ll be doing this again in five minutes because I’m having such a hard time thinking of something else.

So to answer your question, its a behavior. And yes, it is a behavior. And yes, it is a behavior that we can change. And yes, it is a behavior that we can fix. But we have to remember that is a behavior. It is an action we are always doing and it is an action that we will always do. We can’t stop doing it, which is why we cant fix it.
