I’ve been seeing this phrase a lot recently in the comments of my posts. I think we should all look at one step at a time, and take one step at a time at a time.
That’s a powerful concept, and I think it applies to a lot of our lives. I think we often step into situations that are not really our choice, and that is when we have to take the step back. We can either do what we’ve always wanted to do, or we can choose to walk away from the situation and stop trying to fix it. I know I have to take the step back and re-examine some of my life choices.
I’m still not done. I know it’s been a long time. I know I’ve made a great start for myself and my family, but I can’t wait to get my life back. This is something that I think will have to change.
For the most part, I agree. I think to a certain extent we are all trying to do what we want to do, but then the situation comes along and we either need to stop what we are doing or move on. The choice is ours. But not all of us are able to stop what we are doing. We are all making choices about what to do.

I think as human beings, we tend to put too much emphasis on what we do and what we want. We are not only making choices about what to do, but also about how we want to feel. I think as humans, we tend to want to feel better, and thusly to not think about what we are doing.

In our quest to get a better feeling, we’ve been making choices, actions, and choices. We have to, at times, break this pattern. The good news is that it is possible to change that pattern. The bad news is that it’s hard. In fact, I’ve come up with a list of techniques to help you change that pattern, called tactics for change.
The list begins with choosing, or saying, “No.” If you say, “I am no longer doing this,” you are making choices about the consequences of your actions. But if you say, “I no longer want to do that,” you are also taking a stand. Either way, you are choosing a strategy to feel better.
