A lot of people think that spring rolls are just a dessert thing, but they’re actually really good.
The problem is that most people associate them with a dessert. But if youre not cooking with an amazing cast iron skillet, spring rolls can be a hell of a lot more than that. Theyre typically a pretty fresh thing, which means they keep a lot longer than the normal rolls, which means you can stuff them into lunch boxes without worrying about them cracking. Theyre also pretty good, so you can make them into a meal without having to worry about your main meal getting ruined.
Theyre also surprisingly easy to cook, too. I always find it best to start with the bottom of the pan and then use a spatula to flip the roll from the bottom to the top. That way, the rolls are just as well seasoned as the rest of your lunch. And it’s good for your waistline, too.

Once it comes to a boil, add some chopped bacon and some veggies that you want to taste it with. Once the cornstarch is thickened, take a large spoon and mix it with some of the veggies. Once it has cooled down, it’s ready to go.
