In the fall of 2011, my wife and I spent a week of our summer in Colorado exploring the Rockies. While I was in Colorado, I started to get excited about the prospect of exploring the area of the country where the Rocky Mountains were located. I wanted to find a way to show my wife the many parts of a beautiful area that we had been spoiled with on our vacation. Since we were new to this area, I needed to find a map that would help us find our way around.
While I was looking for a map, I came across the area map made by Steve Wozniak and his father that we had seen on the internet. I looked at this map and thought that it looked cool, so I set out on my own to find a map of the area that would look better than the one that Steve and his father had.
Steve Wozniak’s map was created by him and his father, and it was made with the idea that it would be the closest possible map to the area that we would be touring. So we were able to take a lot of shortcuts and get around without having to navigate through one of the many roads that had been created by the developers.
The map also shows off some of the incredible work that the developers have done to make the locations in Deathloop feel like they were made for an actual player. As a result of it being so smooth, and as if it was made by a professional designer, it is easy to navigate. I found myself finding myself walking around the areas, looking for the next shortcut, and never having to stop and think about what I’ve done.
The developers have been very successful in creating an interesting, colorful map, and my favorite part of the game is the addition of the player’s personal GPS. This is an incredible part of the game that I’ve read about about five times before. The only drawback of having to travel through the entire map is that it’s so smooth. It’s very hard to get lost in the scenery, but the map is so interesting that you can actually walk around it.

The map is a very simple Google Earth style map, with colored dots representing different locations in the map and a number on a dot indicating how many units of land it is. This allows players to walk around the map and see where they are and what their objectives are. There’s no real AI to speak of, so the level of difficulty is quite high, but the map is very interesting and its fun to walk around.
The landscape of Deathloop is very similar to that of the city of Blackreef. The two cities are both in the same level of civilization, but the terrain and architecture differs. The two cities are both built on the same level of sand dunes, but the terrain of the two cities is quite different. The sand dunes of the city of Blackreef are flat with massive cliffs on them, which limits the amount of vertical movement a player can make.
The dunes of Deathloop are flat and tall, offering little space for free-flying players to move around. The sand dunes of the city of Blackreef are the same, but the terrain is sloped rather than flat. This creates a much more open space for players to move around in.
The differences are stark indeed. The biggest difference is that the sand dunes of the city of Blackreef are sloped, while the dunes of Deathloop are flat and tall. This means that players can fly really fast and still have room to go in any direction and still survive.
